GCC – Shaping Digital Services & Future Readiness in the GCC
Challenge: Assessing the evolving regulatory landscape of digital services, including the impact of the EU’s Digital Services Act, to inform the development of future-proof national and regional policies across the GCC.
Solution: Served as a Senior Expert Consultant in Digitalization & Digital Services. Conducted a high-level regulatory framework assessment of digital services in GCC countries. Performed a detailed analysis of the EU regulatory framework, specifically the Digital Services Act (DSA). Prepared a comprehensive Study Report with assessments and recommendations for a national and regional Digital Service Act, advising on future legislative strategies.
